Host Nation personnel, and Installation Training Team (ITT) to plan and conduct integrated exercises to include exercises coordinated with Region N7 and one for the Region Training Team.

  • Assist N7 with the implementation of the Navy Shore Response Plan (SRP) at CLDJ
  • Provide support on CLDJ’s integrated training, readiness and exercise program to include assisting N7 with the identification of deficiencies and capability gaps
  • Assist with coordinating with the Camp Commander, Tenant Commands, Higher Headquarters (HHQ), outside agencies, Host Nation personnel, and Installation Training Team (ITT) as necessary to plan and conduct at least four integrated exercises to include two exercises coordinated with Region N7 and one for the Region Training Team (RTT) to assess ITT performance, in accordance with HHQ guidance
  • Support efforts to develop realistic, integrated training events that are based on validated training requirements, approved Memorandums of Understanding/Agreement and previous lessons learned
  • Assist in the development of exercise drill packages for approval by Camp Commander that follow HHQ guidance and time requirements
  • Compile and manage lessons learned for the Camp Commander utilizing Region N7 online tools and ensure all appropriate lessons learned are incorporated into follow-on exercises
  • Assist in the development of action plans as coordinated with the Camp staff to correct deficiencies and gaps discovered during exercises and assessments
  • Assist in the development and execution of a quarterly and long range training plan in accordance with Camp Commander and Region guidance
  • Coordinate a monthly Planning Board for Training (PB4T) to de-conflict training opportunities with camp leadership, tenants and outside organizations
  • Review and comment, when presented with training policies and concepts by Region N7, to ensure responsiveness to changes in guidance, strategy and tactics
  • Collect, review, and coordinate any new Training and Education (T&E) requirements, solutions, and processes with Camp Commander and Region N7 to include Fleet Training Management and Planning System (FLTMPS) and Total Workforce Management System (TWMS)
