I really enjoy working Petri. I like the people I work with. It really seems to be an employee- oriented company where your opinions or ideas are listened to and valued. Most every job runner/superintendent are really laid back but know how to motivate without offending or making anyone feel small or insignificant. Petri has a company party for all four seasons and let you know how vital you are to the company's success. I hope to retire at Petri Electric

I was welcomed into a family. That is what Petri Electric has been to me. They really take their employees into consideration by always trying to help better their profession. They will try to teach anyone who wants to learn anything about the electrical trade. It's the only company I know that rewards their employees with company functions and bonuses which I had not had before in this industry. So, if you want to better your career, Petri is the place to be. The employees are wonderful to work with and everybody here is very personable and treats you with respect and dignity like family. That's what I like about being part of the Petri family.

When I was first offered a position here at Petri Electric, my greatest apprehension was the work environment. I have seen way too many companies that foster negative environments for their employees no matter how hard-working their employee may be. I was pleasantly surprised to find that Petri Electric’s work environment was and is exceptional; a friendly environment that makes you feel like we’re all a big family. I was additionally surprised to find that the work practices were professional, updated, and willing to constantly evolve, which are not typical aspects of a family-oriented business.

Having worked at Petri Electric for almost 16 years I can attest to the family atmosphere and good work environment. I have been able to grow and advance and now are able to lead others to success and growth where hard work and willingness to learn is recognized.

For 10+ years I have worked with Petri Electric. This company has allowed me to be a part of an environment that has the same values as I do, such as family, respect, appreciation, and recognition of hard work. I have been given freedom of creativity and leadership. In my experience, I have never been and will never will be a part of a company and culture that allows me to be myself and recognizes & celebrates my growth and accomplishments.

They do their absolute best to meet the ever-growing industry with competitive pay and compensation, a value on the employees with multiple company parties throughout the year. Valuing education and equipping the employees to be their best and giving them resources to grow well beyond the levels they come to Petri with. I have worked in multiple areas of Petri (Field, Service and Management) and can say that all my coworkers have been supportive, encouraging, and helpful to see me grow and be successful in the positions I have held. I have worked for multiple companies through the years large and small but at the end of the day Petri is where I have decided to call home.

Petri has taken a green helper like me and has shown me how to be a better electrician and has helped me with school. The employees treat you like family and are willing to train you, to make you the best you can be. They have a great tool buying program, so it helps you with the expense of it. Petri is best decision I have made in the career field. I can’t wait to see what the future holds for me here.
